Futures is Ontario’s largest annual workforce development conference for employers, government, and practitioners supporting employment hosted by the team at First Work.
First Work is a charity is an organization helping young people find employment. The charity works with local government and business leaders to help get young people into jobs. First Work’s research efforts help support equal employment in terms of policy decision making.
