The individual’s personal privacy and the security of their personal data are important to us. CareerFind is responsible for ensuring that personal data is processed correctly in accordance with applicable legislation. This information is applicable to you as a candidate, customer, supplier and to you who contact us through the website.

Why do we process personal data?

Information is used to improve our service to you and to our customers and to perform analyses regarding the use and performance of the service in order to improve the service and our way of working.

For you as a customer, we process personal data for administration of delivery, feedback on assignments, customer care activities and also for certain statistics, evaluation and quality safety work. In our supplier register, we process personal data to ensure a business relationship and possible complaint.

We would like to use email in our communication with you. If you have been on any of our websites, and approved the processing of personal data in one of our contact forms, you have consented to your personal data also being used for communication with you. What personal data do we process?

Personal data includes any information that can be directly or indirectly derived from a natural person.

With the support of your consent as a candidate, we may collect and process the following: Contact details such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address. Similarly, you may be requested to provide us with register extracts from authorities, these are destroyed after we register only approval/disapproval based on the customer’s requirements.

We may use third parties to carry out all or part of the recruitment process, whereby we have ensured that these partners follow our instructions regarding the processing of personal data. Personal data is generated by categorizing the information as, but not limited to, metadata and history. Regarding you as a customer or supplier, we process contact information that you have provided yourself and information about the assignment or services / products to be carried out/delivered. The processing of your personal data in our registers is carried out on the basis of agreements, legal obligations and legitimate interest. In the case of legitimate interest, we use your data, for example, to adapt our communication to you.

Storage and protection of personal data

Your personal data is stored in a database where our IT partner is responsible for the operation. Personal data is stored only as long as there is a need to preserve it in order to fulfil the purposes for which the data was collected and in accordance with legal obligations. There may be legal obligations that prevent us from deleting certain personal data. These obligations exist, for example, in accounting legislation, the principle of public access to information and discrimination legislation. In these cases, we will instead mark them so that they are no longer actively used in our systems. The remaining data will be deleted when these legal requirements are no longer relevant.

Protection of your personal data

CareerFind, which is part of the Angus Knight Group, has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect our entire IT environment. All processing of personal data takes place in accordance with the provisions of current legislation. All of CareerFind’s partners and employees are bound by confidentiality agreements and are thus obliged to follow established rules and guidelines for IT security and documentation as well as other internal regulations that further regulate the processing of personal data.

Your rights

The data protection legislation gives you a number of rights in relation to the processing of your personal data. You have the right to access the personal data that is registered about you. If they are incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to request that the information be corrected or deleted, as well as if you no longer want to remain a candidate with us. You can always contact CareerFind for correction or deletion of your information

Data portability

You also have the right to receive a copy of the personal data that concerns you in a structured format (data portability). The right to data portability only covers information that you have provided to us.

Restriction

The fact that the data is restricted means that we make a mark that the processing of the personal data should be limited to a certain purpose.

Withdraw consent

CareerFind reserves the right to revise this information from time to time. If we make minor changes, we will publish them on our website.
